Martin K. Spence, PE, Principal
Mr. Spence has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field including a wide range of projects including civil, structural and municipal projects. He has worked extensively to secure federal, state and county grant funding for various municipal projects. Mr. Spence has demonstrated strong commitment to excellence in public works projects as well as private practice. The company is well experienced with providing daily engineering services to municipalities to run their engineering departments as well as providing private client services. These services include design of various capital improvement projects, support at various Planning Board and Zoning Board levels and daily management of engineering services. Rachel Jauhar, Office Manager
Rachel Jauhar serves as the Office Manager and coordinator of office operations. She has the responsibility of keeping the office calendar of appointments and being the first contact when you call the office.
Haris Aljovic, Project Manager
Haris has served as project manager on various commercial site design projects as well as municipal projects. His experience includes project management of municipal capital improvement projects such as roads, water mains, drainage, culverts, parks and site development. He has extensive experience in design, specification writing, bid process and selection, contract documents, review of submittals, construction supervision, field inspections and close-outs.
Bryon J. Rose, PE
Bryon Rose, PE serves as design engineer for a variety of projects including water main, road construction, culverts as well as subdivisions and site plan design. Bryon has extensive experience in municipal requirements for MS4 documentation both in New Jersey and New York. Bryon has received many project permits from the NJDEP and NYDEC for dredging, culvert construction, wall construction and water main installation.
